Doughnut Lab

A series of participatory food labs exploring if it’s possible to create a healthy doughnut. Participants made doughnuts from a choice of recipes and compared the results to a shop bought doughnut. The hands on labs raised awareness of health, exercise and the ingredients contained in ready bought food.
