The residency (2024) used the path network along the Tweed corridor in the Scottish Borders as a focus. Initiated by Connecting Threads, the residency invited us to walk, explore, research, interact, learn and creatively respond to the habitats, communities (human and more than human), ecology and stories that had evolved around these well trodden routes.
This time-based exploration aimed to open a space to propose alternative meanings and develop insights that escape conventional appraisal.
